Membership Renewal and Inactivity Disclaimer

Membership at Civic Tech Moncton is reviewed bi-annually to ensure continued alignment with our mission and active participation. By joining, members agree to the following:

• Annual Renewal: Membership is renewed every 12 months. Members must confirm their ongoing commitment by completing a brief renewal process to maintain active status.
• Inactive Memberships: Civic Tech Moncton reserves the right to move membership to inactive status if:
  • A member does not complete the annual renewal process.
  • A member has not actively participated in meet-ups, projects, or organizational activities for a period of four months or more.
    Inactive members may reapply for active status at any time by contacting the organization and meeting renewal requirements.

This policy helps ensure that Civic Tech Moncton remains a vibrant and engaged community, enabling us to focus resources on active members and projects that align with our mission of improving people’s lives in Greater Moncton.
